Philippine and U.S. troops held mock helicopter raids in their annual joint marine exercises in Tarlac Province, north of Manila, on Tuesday (October 9). The 12-day bilateral exercise takes place every year as joint military training between the U.S. and Philippine marines under a mutual defense agreement.
