The most recent Gallup Values and Beliefs poll shows the number of Americans who identify as “pro-choice” is at an all-time low — and that “pro-life” Americans are at an all-time high.
“In this particular sample–this May–42% of Americans now say they’re pro-choice, 51% pro-life.”
The results have been warmly received by pro-life advocates. Kristi Hamrick of the public advocacy group Americans United for Life told Newsmax…
“There is a growing uneasiness across America regarding the poorly regulated abortion industry and the presence of an abortion mandate … Americans value life, and this poll reflects that.”
