Tornado filmed in southern France by Perfect Storm · May 2, 2012 (multimedia) A tornado has reportedly touched down in Toulouse, southern France. It only caused minor damage. Tornadoes are rare in the country, although one hit the north-east in 2008, killing four people. Video filmed by Fabien Charpentier.
