A conflict with Putin & Medveded to force Med out and a third party will be involved. Putin was speaking to the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs to repatriot the Russian youth thru about 70,000 of them at youth summer camps. The purpose is to turn away the youth from being influenced by western culture. I spoke about this coming 30 years ago in August,1981.
