More than 30 billion pounds are expected to be carved out of the UK’s welfare budget by 2016. And with government child protection agencies struggling with their workload, other subsidized companies are left to pick up the slack. But as RT’s Laura Smith reports, many of these, too, could be forced to close their doors leaving the nation’s most vulnerable with nowhere to turn.
